A $10,000 bail was set today for a man accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

Orman E. Dixon, 51, is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

A preliminary hearing in the case was continued on a request from the Commonwealth and has been rescheduled for September 22.

A codefendant, 38-year-old William A. Richardson, is due in court August 25 on three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
