To Jennifer & “Sis of Ptown” (probably meaning Mandy)—I understand you may be trying to take up for your family, but regardless of how many people was with Tahliek, if I am not mistaken, JOEY provoked them and asked them to follow them down dorset, did he not? so if he was sooo scared with all the people with Tahliek, he should have left them alone& kept his mouth shut, and this wouldn’t have happened.  and even if what you say is true and someone “waived a gun”-which i think is a load a crap, because #1 the cops have found no gun, and #2 if someone had a gun and “waived it”-as you say, then when the other people start shooting, you would shoot back with the gun you “waived” DUH!—NOONE carries 3 loaded guns with them in a vehicle , not intending to use them. so don’t give me or anyone else that bullcrap. everyone knows Joey & Tahliek had issues, because Joey could have asked Tahliek to meet just him like a MAN, and I promise Tahliek would have came alone. And another 4th little girl out there, which name starts with a J, set all this up, so this was premeditated, even if they were meeting to fight, YOUR family members shot and killed SOMEONE ELSE"S SON & FRIENDS, that is bullcrap, I hope all get death penalty.

I’m sorry but when you have a carload of people in front of you and another one blocking you in and stopping you from going ANYWHERE, that’s just a LITTLE wrong itself. I may not live there, but I KNOW Ethan and Joey a LOT better than you do, and you need to go set beside yourself and wait for the WHOLE STORY to come out, the ENTIRE truth instead of acting like a child and getting fussy because someone said something you don’t like. There is a LOT to this you don’t know. Trust me.

Jennifer of TN, you really really need to correct yourself. First of all, Joey didnt FORCE Tahliek & his friends to follow him and his psycho cousin, but I know you HAVE to remember fights when you were younger that you would want to show your friends you were not scared. I remember I was the same way. You NEVER expect some one to shoot you over something so dumb. Joey & Ethan should’ve MANNED up and fought like a man.  Tahliek was not going to get his friends to jump in.  If JOEY wouldn’t have provoked them in the first place to “follow to settle this” then none of this would have happened. Joey is a troubled teenager and I hope they throw him under the jail and he rots as well as Ethan. Ethan should have not been that dumb anyways to be apart of something like that with a fiance’ and small child and to “supposively” own his own business. What an idiot. He ruined his life as well. But at least you would think he would give a little more of a crap about his family. But I guess not. They are all ruined and they have hurt many and I hope they get the worst punishment possible.

Joey did not lead the boy to anything, he had made the choice to ‘fight’ him himself. No one made him go after him. You cannot blame someone’s decision on someone else because they made a bad one.

Let’s get real people.  We don’t care what the families have to say what caused the issue unless they wittnessed the crime. The FACT is a MURDER occured with intent to kill.  What counts are the facts. I don’t want to hear anything else but the facts.  Yes we all heard who fired the AK-47 and rode in the car.  Last time I check this is still the USA where we DON’T condem until proven guilty in a court of law.  Granted their time in the FREE world will be short, let’s let the law do their job and not distort the facts.  Justis will prevail.  We may or may not like the result but that’s what make the USA great.  We have the right to speak our minds.  Most of the world is void of that option.

The shooter should have been locked up for his previous behavior. He taunted and led a child to a place to kill him what a coward.  How could anyone defend him.  family wake up your son daughter, cousin killed someone out of cold blood.  They will be in jail or hopefully the death penalty they deserve.

I am glad that all have turned themselves in. I also would like to hear about the other young man that was shot. Why has noone else said anything? Doon’t you all realize that that family and boy is also suffering and need our support? If anyone knows about him please do an update! My prayers are with everyone but I think all 3 need to pay for what they did. We do need to wait until the facts are all in.

You know, how can everyone say that all 3 should be put away for life??? are you wishing upon the same thing happening to them that happened to the boy who is no longer with us??? Then you are just like the one who pulled the trigger… How dare you “S- of powhatan” say that you feel nothing for their family, why hold the parents at fault for the son apparently they could not control???? Sometimes it is not in how they are brought up but who they hang around…. how dare you that is like someone saying they feel no remorce for Talieks family. And another is how can you people sit here and say that all 3 of them deserve “death penatly, life in prison/..etc”??? Who is to say that Stephanie had or knew anything of this??? and then when it happened she was terrified and scared. Yes it is a crapy situation but everyone needs to not jump to conclusions about everything until the facts come out…. Also if Taliek was suck a great and wonderful kid that had no problems with anyone, then why the incident in 2006, why get suspended from middle school fighting Joey, and why get in a car to follow them to intitally fight them??? I am not saying that his death is his fault b/c Joey never ever should have done that but maybe he isn’t such the “angel, goody goody” everyone is saying. It is all sad and I feel for both families, one that will never see their son/friend/family memeber again b/c his life was taken from him and one that will never see their son/friend/family member the same again b/c he will probably get life in prison. I pray for everyone involved.
