The Powhatan County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting today at 4 p.m. to discuss a number of issues relating to the Richmond Community Action Program, formerly the Powhatan Goochland Community Action Agency. This special meeting, which will be held in the Powhatan Library’s large conference room, is authorized by section 115.2 - 1417 of the Code of Virginia. Paul Grossman and Tom Wagstaff of RCAP will be present to provide information and answer questions from the Board of Supervisors regarding the current status of Community Action services.
