The three will appear in Powhatan General District Court for a preliminary hearing today at 2 p.m. All three are charged with first degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. They are also charged with aggravated malicious wounding and the use of a firearm in the commission of that crime for wounding Courtney Jones, one of three passengers in the car with Taliaferro on the night of the shooting. I’m from Powhatan and I know Stephanie and Joey. I also knew Taliek and I know Lawerence and I can’t believe this happened!!! I feel like Stephanie was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but she ran too, so she’s just as guilty, now for Joey and Ethan…they deserve everything that happens to them!!! Joey always walked around like he was a bad*** and now look…so many peoples lives have been affected by this horrible crime! My heart goes out to all the family’s! RIP Taliek, you will be sorely missed!! Submit Your Comments Below Commenting is not available in this weblog entry. |
