Henry Adam Page, Jr., 20, of Richmond; Etholian Eli Millhouse-Barnes, 22, of Richmond; and Andre Levon Jackson, 19, of Powhatan were arraigned in Powhatan District Court Sept. 29.

Page and Millhouse-Barnes were working at the Powhatan County Fair on the weekend of the alleged rape, according to Det. Kevin Wolfe of the Powhatan Sheriff’s Office. Both men were arrested Sept. 26 at the fair grounds. Jackson was arrested the following day.

According to a warrant filed in Powhatan Circuit Court, authorities searched the home on Maidens Rd. for ply marks on a bedroom door and a knife matching the ply marks; photographs of the interior of the house were also taken.

In 2009, Page was convicted in Henrico County of having sex with a minor who was between 13 and 15 years old.

The three men remain in custody ahead of a preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 19.

I understand that everyone wants to have a opinion on what could have happen or what may have happen, we outside looking in we don’t know, but it is time to pray for each indiviual that is involved. This is something that each one has to live with the rest of their lives. If you can’t say something POSITIVE don’t say anything at all. Because we don’t know what we have to face tomorrow, it could be your child or your grandchild so be careful. Have compassion for one another. Pray and don’t worry,if you worry don’t PRAY.

I laugh at this and you want to know why.  First, our justice system you are guilty to proven innocent.  And if you already have a conviction from lude conduct with a minor you should be screened for any job.  It just goes to show you, you really cant trust anyone.  I hope if found guilty they put the biggest meanest person in a cell with them and let them enjoy the rape and pillage.  Hamarabi’s code “a eye for a eye”.  I certainly hope that ALL involved get what they deserved but unfortunately Powhatan Judges are out for one thing.  JAIL TIME>  I believe they get bonuses for x amount of years served.  This one will be talked about for a long time!  Good luck and dont drop the soap!

Well well well….our finest at unfortunately their finest. One thing people need to understand is the lies lies lies that seem to undermine many an investigation out here in supposed to be good ‘ol Powhatan. I wouldn’t believe half of what has reported on this. This isn’t the first and won’t be the last time someone is accused or arrested for a crime/crimes they didn’t commit going by the testimony of corrupt/criminal people. Good luck with wanting the truth or the facts to come out. Someone has an agenda to prove and that’s gonna trump the truth. Better get on your knees and start praying and hope you have lots of money to hire a good lawyer. Anyone who is a criminal out here keep on keepin on, you know your safe…don’t you. To the mom/mom’s hope everything works out for the good, many feel your pain, hold on to those who are with you, and ignore the judgers; they will be judged one day as well. AND AS FOR THE DRUG DEALERS ON 684 - GET THE HELL OUT OF POWHATAN - WE DON’T WANT YOU HEAR ANYMORE!

Good for you Tabitha, stand by your son.  This is suppose to be America.  He is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty.  I would like to add that we need to pray for all of our youth.

To Concerned Mother of Powhatan,  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  But I will ask of you to not just Pray for Andre and my family but for the other defendants and the victim as well.  Thank you and you too shall be in my Prayers.  Tabitha

We must watch our children. Teach them that just associating with the wrong people could ruin their lives. I am praying for Andre’s family that all will end well.

I am Andre’s mother and I would say to those that are so quick to judge and criticize to shut up when you do not know what you are talking about.  I do not know the two co-defendants but I know my son and I stand by him 100%.  I do know alot of the FACTS in the case which I will not divulge since the case is ongoing.  But I have no doubt that when this case works it’s way thru the justice system that my son will be vindicated.  Instead of passing judgement and criticizing, be a decent human being and just Pray for ALL that are involved.

OMG…..who hired a known sex offender to work a fair and interact with kids without checking for criminal history.  As for the three young men, birds of a feather…...
