Mariah Ann Elwell, age 14, of Powhatan, went to be with her heavenly father May 18, 2009. She was preceded in death by her Poppaw and Meme. She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Sherry Elwell; grandparents, Betty Edwards, William Sexton, Robert and Janet Elwell and Chuck Colston; and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Her remains rested at Bliley’s-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where the family received friends on May 21 and where funeral services were held Friday. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
