Dear Editor,

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had on Saturday, March 20, at the Dollar General in Flat Rock. I was in the check out line and a young man behind me only had a couple of items and I had a cart full, so I told him to go ahead and get in front of me.

He was so appreciative.

When it was my turn to pay the checker said “It’s already been taken care of.”

The kind young man that I had let go in front of me had paid for all of my things.

I was so shocked and surprised and I wanted to thank him so much.

So I would like to say thank you and God bless you. It’s special people like you that help all of us get through our daily life.
