Citizens of Powhatan County, first I want to apologies for the added turmoil laid upon us with the threat of Wal-Mart and other big box stores; as we know that it will eliminate the small town stores, wiping out many of your family and friend’s jobs, pollute our air and roads with more traffic and increase the crime rate in our area; but look on the bright side you wont have to drive 6 more miles to Midlothian to shop at Wal-Mart.
