Obama is the worst thing that has ever happened to this country. He’s turning our beloved country into a socialist environment. It scares me every day. The best accomplishment of this country - there are just too many. Transplates, artificial hearts, airplanes, etc., etc., etc. Nothing can beat the creation of this country as the greatest accomplishment…I agree with Mykol. What a major achievement that has benefitted us all. It’s sad that the ideals on which this great nation was created from are being destroyed. by Mykol Ravecandy Jul. 14, 2009, 11:01 AM
The greatest achievement we have ever made was becoming an independent and free nation, just all the reason we celebrate every July 4th. The Declaration of Independence was a major stick to the Empire. To extend matters, we gather representatives at the time of a non-uniform government and do what no nation has ever done. We established a republic government of the people as a whole. An entire system whose foundation is our U.S. Constitution. Today however, the constitution is flat out ignored and the whole has become a select few. Given enough time with growing ignorance and apathy the few will once again become the same empire we fought once before. History is repeating itself right now. by JW Jul. 3, 2009, 04:17 PM

Victory in World War II. That war had to be won, and there were times when it could have gone either way. Page 1 of 1 pages
