Mary Kay Gates

This week has been a little difficult to “stick” to the training. With a day of training in Richmond and three additional days in Florida, my schedule has really unmotivated me…really makes no sense. I am sitting in these great trainings, the weather in Florida is perfect and you would think I would be anxious to “get moving”.  So I am definitely aware that the days I am less active, I will need to motivate myself more.

Bottom line:

  Ran 4.5 miles/did weights 15 minutes

  Ran outside approximately 2 miles

  Ran on treadmill 4.5 miles Not much, and just reflecting on this alone has been an “eye opener” This is not going to bring my motivation down: I will be dedicated to do better next week!!!! On a good note, staying away from the pasta!!!!!
