Still having a little hard time scheduling time for myself to exercise, however I must say it is getting easier because the days I do take some time for myself, I feel much, much better…and those days I definitely watch my caloric intake!
Experiences February 19th through 25th
Tuesday: walked 3 miles (with husband!)
Wednesday ran 4.5 miles
Sunday ran 3.5 miles
Monday ran 6.2! (the length of a 10K race) a very special day!!!!!!!
Now, I need your help!!!!!
I would like to share the fun with the Powhatan community! Come on down(or up or over or across) and take a class for FREE and see how a new fitness participant (that would be me) gets motivated and receive a free “I worked out with Mary Kay” tee shirt*! Must register by calling the Elizabeth Randolph Lewis Powhatan YMCA at 598-0250 a minimum of one hour before class/experience begins.

6:10pm Cardio Dance (this will be a first for me!)
Tuesday, March 18th (3 experiences this day so no excuse!)
10:00am Aquamotion In the Pool: moderate intensity, non-impact class to increase heart rate and tone muscles (in four foot deep water)
1:00pm to 1:45pm Group Walk With The Branch Staff
7:00pm Aquacise (four foot deep water)
Wednesday, March 19th
6:00pm Intro To Step : this is for all individuals who always wanted to take a step class but were afraid: all in class are new learners!
Thursday, March 20th
1:00pm: learn more about the cardio equipment and weights
Friday, March 21st
9:30am: cycle and “abs” class
