Powhatan Soccer Association Recreational League players recently took on the U12 Magic soccer team.

“The players progress each week learning new skills and tactics,” said Beth Wilson, whose son Nicholas plays on the team.

“Soccer is a physical, social and mental game that helps strengthen youth development. But just as important as building soccer skills, the kids are outside playing, exercising, building relationships, and building team skills.”
